We take your privacy and security very, very seriously.
Information Collected
We collect personal information (name, address, email address etc) when you fill in a form on our website that requests it. When you order products from us, we collect more information – such as your name and mailing address.
All payments are collected through our Merchant Services provider (Elavon), and we never see or store any of your credit card or payment details.
Security
All personal data is encrypted and stored securely in an off-site database. Your payment details are processed through our Merchant Services provider (Elavon), and are never stored on our website or our databases.
Cookies
Cookies are handy little files that help us serve up a great website for you. They remember things like what you put in your basket, or the last time you logged in. By nature, cookies do not store personal information, and when they save things like passwords, it is always encrypted. Our cookies are not, and cannot be shared with third party companies.
We do not allow or implement any tracking or cookies from Spyware or ad tracking services. We kind of think it’s creepy when you look at a product on one site, and are then bombarded with ads for that product on every other website you visit. This is called “remarketing”, and we don’t do it. We know if you want to buy the product from us, you’ll be back.
Distribution of Information
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties our users’ personally identifiable information. Ever.
(The only exception to this would be if we ever needed to assist a government agency with fraud investigation. So don’t try anything naughty.)
Mailing List
If you sign up for our mailing list, we promise to only send you relevant info, no more than a few times a month. It’s easy to unsubscribe, too – just log in to your account and remove yourself from the list. This will remove you immediately. (We don’t understand why some companies say it will take a few days to take effect – there’s no excuse for this). We would never, ever sell your email address on to another company.
